Objective:
- Analyze and develop innovative methods for frothing milk and plant-based beverages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical-physical analyses of foam properties obtained using various frothing technologies.
- Compare results between domestic and professional frothing systems.
- Design and implement a structured experimental plan for data collection and analysis.
- Support the development of a standardized protocol for evaluating and determining milk foam properties.
- Investigate the relationship between process parameters and foam quality.
- Identify parameter values that produce foam characteristics comparable to benchmark systems.
- Carry out laboratory activities at the Innovation Technology Laboratory in Treviso.
- Participate in potential visits to external laboratories for complementary analyses.
- Experience with experimental design (DOE) and rheological analysis of fluids.
- Knowledge of sensory analysis applied to food and applied statistical analysis.
