As a Customer Support Engineer specializing in research nuclear reactors, fusion devices, and particle accelerators, you will support scientists and engineers around the world in operating, optimizing, and expanding the use of our Libera instruments.
You will have the opportunity to travel internationally, attend major scientific conferences and workshops, and perform measurements at customer sites. Through this, you will be exposed to diverse environments and cultures while contributing to large-scale scientific projects that aim to answer key questions of our time, enable significant breakthroughs, facilitate the production of medical isotopes, and advance cancer treatment through proton therapy.
Your work will involve understanding customer applications and needs, explaining and demonstrating the use of our instruments, and providing both remote and on-site technical support and training. You will also gather valuable feedback and ideas from the field, contributing to the improvement of existing products and the development of new ones. Building strong relationships with customers across America, Asia, Europe, and Australia will be a central part of your role.
