Stage
- Configure and maintain Zscaler navigation rules and user access policies to ensure secure web browsing
- Managing laptop imaging and deployment, including initial configuration for corporate PC refresh programs
- Managing Google licenses and accounts and the Active Directory
- Managing OS and Windows Server patching procedures
- Troubleshooting IT tickets related to workplace infrastructure (PCs, peripherals, and standard softwares)
