Role Mission
To support the Global Creative Communications team across our portfolio. As a Creative Communications Intern, you will be the "right hand" to one of our strategy leads, helping to bridge the gap between initial insights and final, scalable assets. This is a hands-on assignment best suited for someone curious who likes to ask questions no one else does and enjoys creative problem solving. You will apply this mindset to global brand management, with the ultimate mission to transform superior insights into scalable brand building ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Experience Support
- Brand Planning: Support the Brand Experience team by updating global playbooks and the annual brand planning. You should enjoy the "attention to details” that cross-discipline planning requires.
- Insight Mining: Support the team conducting analysis of available research, data, and trends to help identify audience and brand communications opportunities.
- Big Idea Drafting: Assist in the research and development of "Big Ideas" based on superior consumer and business insights.
Creative Operations
- Asset Adaptation: Help govern the process where master assets are adapted into thousands of final assets tailored for specific channels, regions, and languages.
- Asset Management (DAM): Help organize, tag, and distribute final assets to the media/activation teams, ensuring seamless global access.
Innovation & Scale
- Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing and optimizing assets against established performance metrics.
- Institutionalizing Best Practices: Embody a scale-mindset. When something works, help the team share it quickly and broadly across the organization. Help us document and institutionalize best-practices.
- A portfolio or "side project" showcasing your thinking-process, writing, or creative work
Corsi di laurea richiesti:
- Economia aziendale
- Economia aziendale 2
- Economics - scienze economiche
- International marketing, management and organization
- Relazioni pubbliche
- Comunicazione integrata per le imprese e le organizzazioni
- Comunicazione multimediale e tecnologie dell'informazione
Comfortable in English. Knowledge of Italian or German is a great bonus. But do not let language be a reason you do not apply.
- Creative production and editing tools, diverse LLM-literacy, Project Management, and Google or Microsoft.
- Proficiency in presentation and project management tools.
What We Are Looking For:
- A ‘Creative Director’ Eye: You have a foundational understanding of how modern brands are built. You appreciate how data and insights can inform a compelling creative brief. You have at least one cultural obsession.
- Attention to Detail: You are a natural "Guardian". Maybe you believe spending the extra effort to line-up and evenly-distribute images in a slideshow is effort well invested. Or, maybe you are happy to invest your time in “art directing” a spreadsheet. We are looking for someone who can bring their personal attention to detail to the group.
- Communication Skills: Strong command in writing and copy editing - in any language. You should feel comfortable working in an international environment where English is not the first language for many of your stakeholders.
- A "Scale-Mindset": You love to work with proactive, and flexible people. Do you enjoy sharing ways to make processes more efficient and agile?
