PLASTIC COMMODITY PURCHASING SUPPORT

Stage (650€/month + company restaurant)
Purpose/Accountabilities:
Assist the Commodity Team with tracking activities and data analysis to ensure cost effectiveness and project timing
Principle Accountabilities:
Supporting the Plastic Commodity Team with suppliers activity tracking, benchmark analysis, price lists management
Main Responsibilities:
- Timing & cost tracking on assigned projects
- Homologation process starting and tracking, in collaboration with R&D, PDP and other relevant departments. Follow up activities and price list integration at SOP.
- Suppliers’ Price Lists maintenance and updates in collaboration with Commodity Team and liaising with Plastic Injection suppliers.
- Supporting the Buyers with benchmark activities, forecasting analysis and data-driven strategy setting.
- Assist RfQ activities by setting up documentation and cost breakdowns. Follow through during bidding to ensure participation and alignment.

Fluent in English. Knowledge of italian or another language is a plus
Proficiency in computer skills (mainly excel, Google sheets, Google slides);
High motor and curiosity towards manufacturing and production processes; Good communication skills; Willing to travel
