Full time
- Review the Master Production Schedule (MPS) relating to production items and evaluate the need for changes based on daily/weekly activity for a full production program, keeping into consideration customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze the demand and supply balance at the product family and master schedule levels, determining out-of-balance conditions, identifying alternatives, and recommending action for approval.
- Monitor the manufacturing performance against the MPS and the execution of the schedule to evaluate results and assist in the development of future plans.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize costs while ensuring sufficient supply.
- Work closely with engineering, production, procurement and demand team to ensure alignment on schedules and material needed.
- Address production challenges and propose solutions to improve processes and flow.
- 0-3 years’ experience experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, or Manufacturing.
