E-COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERN

The resource, reporting to the E-Commerce Technology Project Specialist, will support the coordination and execution of technical and digital projects. The internship offers a deep dive into the roll-out of e-commerce platforms across new international markets within an Agile framework.
As an E-Commerce Technology Project Management Intern, she/he will act as a bridge between the Project Manager, internal developers, and System Integrators. The primary goal is to ensure the successful deployment of D2C solutions and localized brand websites by managing requirements, testing cycles, and stakeholder communication.
In particular, the role will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the PM in coordinating roll-out phases for new market launches, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in business analysis and requirement gathering to align e-commerce platform features with local market needs.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, documenting bugs and verifying fixes with the development team.
- Manage project documentation and status reporting using tools like Jira and Wrike to keep stakeholders informed.
- Monitor post-launch platform performance and support the transition to day-to-day maintenance teams.

- Interest in Digital Technologies and E-commerce business;
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation;
- E-commerce and CMS knowledge
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies;

Fluent knowledge of English
- Degree in IT/Engineering or similar;
- Proficiency in Jira, Wrike, or similar project coordination software
- E-commerce and CMS knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills to work in a team and interface with all levels of corporate functions;
- Project skills and time management.
